About me

I hold a PhD in mathematics and computer science, and I passed the agrégation, France's national competitive examination for teachers. After a thesis in combinatorics, I moved to biological research. I now carry out translational cancer research and develop machine learning methods to discover therapeutic and diagnostic targets.

Today

I am a postdoctoral researcher in bioinformatics at Institut Curie, in Joshua J. Waterfall's group. I supervise the doctoral work of Mariia K. Koshina and Alexandre Laneau. This work has notably led to MeromeExplorer, a web platform for searching RNA sequences across large patient cohorts.
